In partnership with the University of Papua New Guinea Open College, Papua New Guinea Institute of Higher Learning Center introduce the Cloud Campus Project which aims to digitalize of all teaching materials, learning materials and administrative functions to enhance accessibility and quality of certificate, diploma and degree programs offered and finally to increase enrollment of new students every semester. 

Therefore, the Papua New Guinea Institute of Higher Learning Center welcomes all grade 12 students drop outs (this is your second chance!),  current grade 12 students, matriculating students, working class professionals, people with special needs and people in the correctional institutions all over PNG and the South Pacific to enroll.
